Naim Süleymanoğlu was a famous Turkish weightlifter. He was born in Bulgaria in 1967. He started weightlifting when he was a child. In 1986, he moved to Türkiye. He won Olympic gold medals in 1988, 1992 and 1996. People called him “Pocket Hercules” because he was short but very strong. He died in 2017.
